We’re excited to partner with your organization to identify talented students for Elevate+ internship opportunities. Your support plays a critical role in two key areas:

  1. Promote the Opportunities Effectively
    Share detailed job descriptions with your students, highlighting the transferable skills each internship offers. Your guidance helps students understand the unique value of each role and empowers them to make thoughtful, informed decisions about which opportunities to pursue.
  2. Support Strong Applications
    Encourage students to present their best selves—both in writing and throughout the application process. Reviewing application materials together ensures students feel confident, prepared, and well-positioned to succeed.

Internship Application Process

Timeline for 2026: 

  • Host completes and submits job description online by Friday, December 5, 2025
  • Elevate+ reviews submitted job descriptions and shares with talent sponsors on December 12, 2025
  • Elevate+ holds program briefing and application tips sessions open to any potential applicant on January 21 and January 27, 2026
  • Students apply through the Elevate to Even Plus website - Application period January 26 -February 20, 2026
  • Students attend Candidate Strategies for Success training February 11 or 17, 2026 (Student participation is strongly recommended)
  • Students can ubmit, revise, and resubmit applications by February 20, 2026
  • Candidate application materials shared with hosts week of February 23, 2026
  • Host interviews and selection period late-February to mid-March
  • ​​​​​​​Internship offers accepted by candidates by March 27, 2026​

We have recommended hosts follow this selection period timeline:

1/26 - 2/20

Students apply for internships by Feb 20th

2/11 & 2/17

Students attend one of two online Candidate Strategies for Success sessions

3/9 - 3/13

Hosts conduct shortlisted candidates interviews

3/16 - 3/20

Hosts select successful applicant, extend offer, notify Elevate+ of decision

3/27

Applicants' deadline for accepting offers
