Two Impactful Programs
Elevate+ is all about facilitating access to meaningful, paid internship experiences for underserved students. We offer two exciting internship programs to qualified students but all our interns participate in robust professional development throughout the summer.
Elevate+ offers summer internships to underserved students, with organizations located in New Jersey, Connecticut, Ohio, and California.
Our host partners offer diverse roles focused on skill development and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Each intern will be paired with a host mentor to receive guidance and support throughout the summer.
Elevate+ interns gain valuable experience through skill-building classes, networking, and connections with successful professionals who share similar backgrounds
Upward Mobility is a diversity internship program for underserved students designed to expose students to the exciting world of employee mobility. The summer internships can be located throughout the United States, and they are with host companies that support the relocation of employees and their families:
The world moves forward when talented people are in the right place at the right time. The global mobility industry makes this happen. We are the people who relocate employees and their families across the country and around the globe.
Upward Mobility interns participate in all Elevate+ programming but also receive industry training and attend industry networking events to enhance their mobility experience, skills, and relationships.

Students attend one of two online Candidate Strategies for Success session

Final due date for students' revised applications

Hosts review applications; schedule and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates

Hosts select successful applicants and extend offers

What if I don't have a password to access the application page?
Passwords are provided to each student by the school or program partnering with Elevate+. They are typically given to the student at the same time as the job description for the internship opportunity. If you did not receive the password or have forgotten it, please contact the person who provided you with the job description.
How does my school or program get involved with Eleven+ or Upward Mobility?
If you found out about this website but your school or program is not currently partnering with Elevate+ to access the opportunities offered, an official from your institution may inquire about becoming a talent sourcing partner via the Contact page of this website.
