Elevate+ bridges the opportunity gap by providing underserved high school and college students with paid internships, professional development, and mentorship. Our programs empower young people with the experience, confidence, and connections they need to succeed in college, career, and beyond—unlocking access to economic mobility and breaking cycles of inequality.
Interns are paired with host mentors and participate in classes, activities, and events that build skills, increase knowledge, and expand professional networks, including:

Elevate+ also
expands access to careers in Global Mobility
through the Upward Mobility program to open doors for marginalized students into the global mobility industry—a sector encompassing relocation, immigration, and employment logistics. Through paid internships with leading organizations, participants gain hands-on experience and exposure to in-demand career paths. In addition to the core Elevate+ professional development programming, Upward Mobility interns benefit from industry-specific workshops and networking opportunities designed to deepen their knowledge and build meaningful connections within the field of employee mobility.
