As a founding trustee, Robert Horsley was instrumental in the estblishment and early success of Elevate+. He became Trustee Emeritus in June, 2025. He is an experienced global business executive who is passionate about transformation strategies that address education, integration and diversity, and helping to provide everyone with the avenues to skill themselves for the future. With over 30 years of management and leadership experience, Robert has spent much of his career as Executive Director of Fragomen, the world’s largest immigration services provider. During his tenure at Fragomen, Robert has been a member of the firm’s Client Engagement & Strategies, Corporate Development, Communications, Marketing, Best Practices and Technology steering committees. Prior to his work with Fragomen, he held management roles in consulting and corporate finance with KPMG and collaborated on several start-ups, a passion he continues to nourish by mentoring entrepreneurs and leaders who share a passion for change. He speaks frequently around the world on the future of work and workplace, digital and talent transformation and aligning talent with purpose and generational opportunity and priorities. Additionally, Robert is a recognized leader in the talent workforce and mobility industry and has served on the boards of the National Immigration Law Center, the Computing Technology Industry Association, Bay Area Mobility Management, and Worldwide ERC, where he served as Chairman.
