Julie Keenan is an independent consultant focused on operations and change
management. Clients have included the City of New York’s Administration for
Children’s Services, CITI Program and Tiller, a New York based cause
commerce and communications firm. Most recently, she served as the Chief
Operating Officer for the NJ Pandemic Relief Fund.


She previously was the Executive Director of the Schumann Fund for New
Jersey, overseeing investment strategy for the foundation’s $30 million
endowment and managing grants of roughly $1.5 million per year to
organizations focusing on education, environmental protection, and public policy. Prior roles include Director of Management Analysis at the City of New York’s Human Resources Administration and Consultant for Bain and Company.
 

Julie is a board member of TEAM Academy (KIPP) in Newark and the Bald Head Island Conservancy. She served on the Board of Visitors of the Pratt School of Engineering at Duke University, and as a trustee of the Evermore Global Value Fund. She is a former trustee of The Summit Foundation, the Summit Educational Foundation, the Youth Development Clinic, and the Nature
Conservancy, NJ Chapter.


Julie holds a BS, cum laude, in Electrical Engineering from Duke University and
an MBA from Stanford University.
