Jeff Kaufman built his 44-year career at PwC, the global accounting, tax, and consulting firm. For more than 20 of those years, he trained and coached PwC professionals around the world on how to build relationships, tell their stories effectively, respond to objections, and win new business.

The same strategies Jeff used to help professionals win new business are the ones that help job seekers open doors, stand out in interviews, and turn opportunities into job offers.

In addition to his corporate work, Jeff has volunteered for over two decades as a career mentor, coaching hundreds of job seekers across industries and age groups — with a particular focus on practical, effective networking strategies that lead to real opportunities.

In addition to his Elevate+ Board work, he currently serves as a coach with the Fountain Baptist Church Networking Ministry. He is also completing a book on mentoring, drawing on decades of experience to equip others to engage more intentionally and effectively in the mentoring journey.
