Claas Ehlers is a C-suite-level executive who advises nonprofit organizations. Previously he was the CEO of The Jesse Lewis Choose Love Movement, an organization with a mission to create safer and more loving communities through no cost Character Social Emotional Development programs (CSED) that are suited for all stages of life. He also was the CEO of Family Promise, a national nonprofit organization that helps families with children experiencing homelessness achieve sustainable independence. Before joining Family Promise in 2002, Ehlers worked in corporate management as well as teaching and consulting. Claas serves on the Community Advisory Group for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, the Advisory Board for Sesame Street in Communities, the Community Advisory Board for Overlook Hospital, and as a facilitator for the Summit Interfaith Council Anti-Racism Committee.
