Beth Gottung is the Executive Director and Co-Head of Montclair Film. She is an experienced development professional with years of experience, including fundraising for higher education scholarships and University programs. Prior to working in nonprofit leadership roles, Beth served as the Head Field Hockey Coach at Montclair State University, taking her team to the National Championship in 2012. In total, she spent 16 years at Montclair State before transitioning to her role as the Director of Development at KIPP New Jersey and then on to Montclair Film.

Beth is a highly motivated and successful professional. She is driven by the desire to ensure others receive a quality education and career opportunities that should be available to all students and not based on race, class, or geography.

She volunteers as a mentor for KIPP New Jersey interns, packs meals at Toni’s Kitchen in Montclair, and teaches yoga in her spare time.
