B. David Naidu is a partner in the law firm K&L Gates LLP specializing in environmental and land use issues. He has served as a member of the City of Summit, NJ Common Council from 2016 to the present, including two years as Council President. He has also served on the City’s Planning Board and Environmental Commission. David is the co-founder and an officer of the environmental organization, the Summit Conservancy, and is a member of the Great Swamp Watershed Association Board. David is a graduate of Vassar College, Cornell University and Georgetown University Law Center.
