Andrew Walker is the founder of Elevate+. In 2025, he retired from a long career in international human resources in order to focus his energies on Elevate+. Most recently, he was the Global Leader of Total Reward at Ernst & Young. He has also worked for Worley, Mercer, Reuters, Goldman Sachs, Principal, and Prudential. Andrew previously served as the Chairman of Worldwide ERC, the employee relocation industry association, as the Presiding Officer of the Pequot Chapel, and as a Commissioner of the Summit Housing Authority in Summit, NJ. An Eagle Scout, Andrew’s work is rooted in a lifelong belief in service, opportunity, and the power of community. He is a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, CT.
