Rev Rod Williams joins the Board

Eleven+ is thrilled to announce Rev Rod Williams' appointment to the Board of Trustees. Elected unanimously, Rod is bringing valuable experience and perspective to the board room.

Rod is the Managing Principle of B.E.S.T. Talent Management Solutions and is a licensed minister with Fountain Baptist Church in Summit, NJ. His ministry at Fountain in part involves helping displaced workers find new employment. Rod’s expertise includes over 25 years of award-winning career development and employment marketplace specialization. Prior to founding B.E.S.T., he was the Job Market Consultant for Lee Hecht Harrison in their flagship NYC office. He also managed national marketing research projects for Coca Cola, AT&T, and Maritz Marketing Research. Rod’s experience includes Name, Image & Likeness (NIL) representation, career and marketing ventures in sports and entertainment as well as management consulting with the NFL and NBA.

Last summer, Rod and his team of professional career coaches facilitated the very successful New Jersey networking workshop for our area interns.

Christine Hippe-Ribaudo has completed her term on the Eleven+ board. Christine was instrumental in the formation of Eleven+ and continues to be a vocal champion of the organization and it's mission to disrupt systemic inequity.
